Through user-friendly forms, business partners can quickly and easily manage their own data or create new business partners, such as organizations.

Front-Office Functionalities

In the Front-Office, business partners use various services, such as changing personal data or creating an organization. These self-service forms offer full flexibility and simplify the management of business partners. Business partners can update their personal data at any time, but can also act as an administrator or employee for an organization to make any necessary changes.

Back-Office Integration

In the Back-Office, business partner data is securely stored and maintained. Both natural persons and organizations are recorded as business partners and linked to specific business objects, such as an application or a file. This link is always established by the natural person using the service, even when they are acting on behalf of an organization.

Available forms for business partner management

  1. Onboarding form: Recording personal data during the initial use of the portal. This form establishes the basis for further changes and can only be used once.
  2. Change personal data: For managing and updating personal data after the initial recording.
  3. Create organization: Enables the creation of a new organization in the system.
  4. Change organization: Used for updating organizational data.
  5. Manage organization rights: Here, administrators can manage the rights of employees within an organization, add new members, or adjust existing permissions.
  6. My permissions: An overview of all organizations for which the user has permissions, including detailed information such as company name and permission level.
