Formgen: Files uploaded in Formgen now have initially a value. Previously the value was empty if the file was rejected by validation. This lead to multiple entries with an empty value which maybe throw errors in a backend system. Also fixed a minor bug, that files which are not uploaded yet are not linked anymore
