Probably Austria's biggest brand change in 2019 from T-Mobile and UPC to Magenta took place online on Gentics CMS

On May 6, the well-known austrian brand "T-Mobile Austria" and "UPC Austria" were united under the new brand "Magenta" and presented to the public in the APA press center.
Parallel to the new company name "Magenta Telekom", the online presence on all channels was relaunched. The relaunch of the corporate website magenta.at was done based on the Gentics CMS platform. Contents and services of both existing online platforms t-mobile.at and upc.at were combined.
Magenta Telekom has relied on Gentics CMS solutions since 2001. The online presence of Magenta Business, telering.at, the Magenta Intranet and the internal business and knowledge platform of Magenta Shops are also managed using the same Gentics CMS platform.
The advantages are obvious: The content managers work with the same tool and a uniform, well-known user interface. The fact that only one CMS installation is needed for supported all online platforms, leads to corresponding synergy and cost advantages on the IT operating side
