Configuration Guide

Definition of available languages

The languages available in the portal and the ability to switch between them are now displayed dynamically and updated automatically according to the language used. To ensure the languages are displayed correctly in the language settings menu, the respective pages in the CMS must be translated into the desired language.

Adjustment of the logo in the header

The adjustment of the logo in the header of the portal can now be carried out directly via the settings page. To do this, a page with the template [ANDP] Settings must be created or an existing settings page must be used. The desired logo can be uploaded in the "Header Logo" section. After saving and publishing the page, the new logo will be displayed in the portal's header.

Changes to the logo in the footer

The adjustment of the logo in the footer of the portal can now be carried out directly via the settings page, just like the header logo. To do this, a page with the template [ANDP] Settings must be created or an existing settings page must be used. The desired logo can be uploaded in the "Footer Logo" section. After saving and publishing the page, the new logo will be displayed in the portal's footer.

Adjustment of the thumbnail logo in the browser tab

The adjustment of the thumbnail logo in the portal's browser tab can now be carried out directly via the settings page, just like the other logos. To do this, a page with the template [ANDP] Settings must be created or an existing settings page must be used. The desired logo can be uploaded in the "Favicon" section. After saving and publishing the page, the new thumbnail logo will be displayed in the portal's browser tab.

Adjustment of the text in the footer

The adjustment of the text in the portal's footer can now also be carried out directly via the settings page. To do this, a page with the template [ANDP] Settings must be created or an existing settings page must be used. The text can be changed in the "FooterIntro" section. After saving and publishing the page, the new text will be displayed in the portal's footer.

Changing the tab designation in the browser

The tab designation can be individually adjusted for each page. To do this, open the settings in the properties of the desired page and adjust the title (i.e., the tab designation) and the page description for the browser under Other > SEO Settings.

In addition to the configurations described above, detailed adjustments can also be made using the ANDP Portal Designer GPT. If specific changes to the page layout or component styling are required that are not covered by the standard configurations, the combination of the ANDP Portal GPT Helper and the ANDP Portal Designer GPT can be used to implement these precise adjustments.
