Messages are sent from Back-Office to Front-Office users.

After logging in, users have the option to view an overview of their messages and to view each message in detail. A distinction is made between read and unread messages.

Optionally, an email notification regarding the receipt of a new message can also be sent to the user. To do this, an email template and an email server must be configured accordingly (see Email configuration - Link TBD)
