After starting a project, our Gentics Support Team is available to help you with support and maintenance.

The following maintenance contracts for Gentics products are available:


Gentics maintenance PREMIUM

Our Gentics Helpdesk is available for helping you regarding any product problems. Furthermore you get 5 free requests (tickets) per month for questions and change requests. All minor and major updates of our products are for free – this allows you to be up-to-date! The Gentics Support Team analyzes bugs right on your server infrastructure.

Gentics maintenance BASIC

Our Gentics Helpdesk is available for inquiries regarding any product problems. Furthermore you have 1 free request (ticket) per month for questions and change requests. All minor updates of our products are for free – this allows you to be up-to-date! The Gentics Support Team analyzes bugs right on your server infrastructure.



Requirements for maintenance and support:

  • Internet access to the server in order to receive updates (https://secure.gentics.com)
  • Remote access capabilities for hands on support (for instance: VPN)



We also offer SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for an additional charge.
