The Austrian Foreign Economics Organization, including their foreign trade agencies, is THE service provider for Austrian companies wanting to export.
The organisation sets up several foreign business opportunities for the Austrian economy and offers Austrian export companies a platform for representing themselves worldwide on www.advantageaustria.org. With 169 sites, advantageaustria.org is the biggest Austrian business web portal in foreign countries.
Gentics has been chosen after a European-wide tender, amongst 123 competitors, to implement the platform in 28 languages. All portals are sharing specific contents, about 7,000 pages in 28 different languages ranging from Farsi to traditional Chinese, as well as country-specific contents edited by authors worldwide. The portals are maintained by nearly 350 editors and translators worldwide. In addition, the CMS was connected to the already existing CRM and eCommerce solutions - a marketplace for company presentations and business opportunities.
